Van Loggerenberg, Break a Leg Rose

Delicate herby bouquet, finely textured, lightly tart. A fantastic Rosé, up  there with Provencal rosés. Subtle floral and citrus notes on the nose, combined with a watermelon juiciness. Grapes are from a 32 year old vineyard plantec in clay rich granite soils in the Daljosafat area of Paarl. This vineyard was specifially selected for this wine as the rich soils give the wine great depth on the mid-palate.
